Katharine Errickson has over 23 years of experience in criminal and civil litigation.

If you have been criminally charged or have municipal court charges, including DWI or other traffic violations, Katharine is a zealous defense attorney who will protect your rights. A former Hunterdon County Assistant Prosecutor for over 10 years, Ms. Errickson has tried numerous criminal trials involving homicides, aggravated assaults, armed robberies, burglaries, drug possession and distribution, and white collar crimes. She was also one of the prosecutors in the highly publicized manslaughter case against the former New Jersey Nets basketball player Jayson Williams. Ms. Errickson is currently a municipal prosecutor in Hunterdon County, and has prosecuted in numerous municipal townships and boroughs for over 7 years. As a Hunterdon County Municipal Prosecutor, Katharine does not defend criminal or traffic matters in Hunterdon County. However, she defends all criminal and traffic violations in every other county located in New Jersey.

In addition, Ms. Errickson handles employment cases including employment discrimination and retaliation. A victim of employment discrimination and retaliation herself, Katharine's case was successfully resolved against her former employer. With first-hand knowledge of discrimination in the work-place, Katharine will vigorously pursue all civil remedies against employers who engage in unlawful and discriminatory practices.
ELDER LAW
Ms. Errickson also specializes in Elder Law matters. As such, she prepares estate documents and assists in the process of probating and administering estates. Further, Katharine is a passionate advocate for victims of elder abuse.
PERSONAL INJURY AND VICTIMS OF CRIMES
Katharine handles matters on behalf of victims who have been injured in accidents, including motor vehicle as well as slip and fall. She also represents victims of crimes who seek to hold their offenders civilly responsible.
